Earth Day Hike

Join Ranger Johnson Monday April 22^nd for a picturesque hike along upper Byrd Creek on the Pioneer Trail. We will see several large rock overhangs and other geological features, wildflowers, cross a swinging bridge, and pass through the “fat man squeeze”!

Monday April 22

Meet at the park office at 9:00 a.m.

Hike will be an easy to moderate 3 miles round trip.

We will carpool over to South Old Mail Road parking area to begin the hike.

** Please bring plenty of water and snacks for the hike. Wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. Oh and don’t forget your camera!
